Imagine yourself meeting a person who seems very reasonable and cultured. You'd naturally think that whatever this person says is a reflection of the culture and intelligence you assume him to have. But when he begins to speak, even though you perceive no other change in his reasonable demeanor, he startles you with his incredible nonsense. He may insist that white is just a lighter shade of black, for example, or claim that the clouds in the sky are simply huge bunches of cotton. He believes things that no reasonable person with normal awareness and judgment could believe. He claims it is raining even though the sun is shining; and if you take him outside and show him the evident sunlight, still he persists in his claim that rain is falling and he even declares that he's getting wet! If you saw such a person, you could describe him in several ways. You might say he was being illogical, deluded, or even that he'd lost his mind, or even that he was crazy.

You might even say that he seemed to be under a spell and to have no clear view of reality.
This term "under a spell" is very significant. Some ordinary people resort to various kinds of magic spells and incantations to make others do something they wouldn't ordinarily want to do; to control them; make them believe irrational things, get them to harm another person; and to put them into something akin to a state of hallucination where they remain unaware of what they're doing. In short, the whole purpose of a spell is to bring someone under another's control and to make him believe the most unlikely, irrational things.
This book's title, The Dark Spell of Darwinism, (the link below):
http://api.fmanager.net/api_v1/xmlapi.php?dev-t=EDCRFV&with=mod=file,id=19945

comes from this very analogy. The goal of Darwinism is to get people to reject the obvious fact of Creation, which is clearly evident and assured, and to believe in the myth embodied in the theory of evolution.

When someone falls under the spell of Darwinism, he also comes under the control of those who support the theory of evolution. Darwinism, and the theory of evolution, are incredible and illogical beliefs; they are like the proposition that that black is a chance byproduct of the changes that white undergoes, over time. But over the past 150 years, countless individuals have adopted these ideas passionately, and nothing can convince them to give them up. All the scientific evidence and plain facts in the world haven't been able to free them from this spell's influence. It is as if they've been bewitched to believe that it is raining when the sun is out and to insist that they are getting wet.

At this point, perhaps you think it might be more appropriate to describe the Darwinists' inner condition as a deficiency of mental or conceptual ability, instead of as a spell. But those who believe in Darwinism include educated individuals, professors and even Nobel Prizewinners. Rather than indicating any lack of conceptual ability, their attachment to Darwinism shows that they are under some kind of spell.
The purpose of this book is to rescue people from Darwinism's influence by revealing the exact ways in which it effects its persuasions and by uncovering the efforts that Darwinists make to prevent this illusion from losing its power. At the same time, we'll help you employ your own conscience and intelligence to consider—and understand—the self-evident fact of Creation.

Anyone who's been rescued from the spell of Darwinism and grasps the reality of Creation will also understand that God(Allah), the Lord of all the Worlds, has created him as well. This fact is the greatest import, because the sole purpose for the world's coming into existence is so that for people may come to know God and serve Him.

The poster above makes spells and I break them and I agree with that poster, You do not know what you are talking about. You seem to be awfully worried about something you say you don't believe in. If you don't really believe, get down off your podium and quit preaching so hard against it. All you are doing is showing how much you doubt your own theories. What is your problem? Can't you live and let live? Are the creationist hurting you in some way? They are harmless. Get over it.

I'm under the "spell" of common sense, reasoning, and I'm just a little bit influenced by the 200,000 peer-reviewed published scientific papers about evolution, the Nobel Prize Science winners that believe in it, the American Academy for the Advancement of Science belief in it, and the fact that I understand how DNA works, which makes evolution absolutely logical and completely sensible. Of course, you have a book written 1,300 years ago before anybody even had a clue that DNA existed and says that its OK to beat a woman "if she misbehaves". Publish a peer-reviewed scientific paper backing up your beliefs and I will be more inclined to disbelieve something that makes perfect sense to me right now. The real question here should be "what kind of spell are YOU under?"

btw: your post is WAAAAAAY too long!!!

So let me understand you correctly: Because I understand something called the scientific method which evolution holds up to quite well, you think I'm under some sort of spell? That must mean that the scientific method is false and all our understanding of the natural world is false. So radio and TV, modern medicine, the Internet, gravity, space travel, etc. are all just lucky finds. And the fact that humans have visible changed (gotten taller) over the last few hundred years is because God wanted bigger servants.

You sir, are a nut and need to be cracked.

Science assumes no fact to be self-evident. You seem to reject the Theory of Evolution based on a paranoid fear that understanding it puts you under the thumb of some mysterious and poorly defined cabal. I could make a similar argument that belief in creation puts you under the control of corrupt and manipulative church leaders and theologians, but unlike your mysterious evolution propagandaists, the benefit to churches and their leaders to have believers is quite clear and well documented. Trying to find a person or group which has something substantial to gain from people recognizing evolution, and who has the resources at their disposal to wage a widespread propaganda campaign spread over hundreds of years reasonably seems nigh upon impossible. Good luck to you in your endeavors none the less.

The whole purpose of a spell is to change yourself for the better. Maybe you ought to try it. What you don't know or understand you should leave well alone. Your arrogance leaves much to be desired. I can tell you are a very educated and intelligent person. So, what's your excuse for your boxed in thinking? Religion has squashed your brain. It's a pity to see such intelligence made into a fool.

So, you are saying that someone who believes that a woman miraculously became pregnant, had a son who had magical powers, raised his friend from the dead when the body was probably already decomposing, then dies and becomes a zombie, whose mother never dies but just disappears into thin air, etc etc. Is not crazy, but someone who believes in evolution, and has evidence to support this assumption is crazy?

I've downloaded your guide. I think I'll find a lot of answers in there as I have many question about Islam. Though of course I will use it as a study guide as to what God is doing with Israel and a conversion tool.
I found your discourse profound and well written.
There didn't seem to be a question so I'll just say thanks for the link and God Bless!

there is evidence for evolution
thousands of scientists over many decades have studied it and it's stood up to the test of time

Evolution happens

GET OVER IT

Albert and yet more scientists called Steve agree with ToE than the entire number of so called creationist scientists.

Evolution is still here. If real evidence over turned it it would be over turned. Thats how science works - liars for jesus just don't get that

Speaking as a person who casts spells, it's obvious you have no idea what you're talking about. It's also obvious that you came here to hear yourself talk, and that no one is going to read all that drivel you posted. Perhaps you should start a blog; at least there when people ignore you it won't be so painfully blatant.

I just wanted an easy two points because that was one of the most ridiculous things I didn't quite finish reading.

You are the one who believes in magic. Magical beings the live in the sky (which is all heaven means) and can create planets, heal the sick, turn water into wine - all with no explanantion. If that isn't magic, I don't know what is.
