Tammy Faye is dead. I did not like many things she did and was not of her religion, but can we at least not make rude remarks about her? She was a human after all with the same hopes and desires as we all have.

She has family and friends who cared about her and they at least if you don't like her deserve our respect.

She made mistakes, yes, but don't we all?

Ok, I have managed to do some very breif reading about Asatru, I got the impressions their Legends evolve, and I did not manage to find any examples of these legends.

Can anyone tell me one, or point me in the direction of their favourite or the most epic.

Even though I do not prescribe to this belief system I would like to read the tales, I am an avid reader.

Please understand , I am not an atheist or against anyones personal spiritual intellectuality, but indeed personified with curiosities and doubts when encountering the real world out there.

Our earth went through the Jurassic era,Dinosaurs were vertebrate animals that dominated terrestrial ecosystems for over 160 million years, before our world evolved to what it is today. In the Jurassic era all the living entities were very much different. especially the Dinosaurs ( T.rex and so ) - even the flying birds were huge and carnivorous.

Bible mentioned about how earth was created in seven days and the Genesis says more about animal kingdoms and so and even the Noah's ark do describe about animals - but never once it mentioned anything about Dinosaurs. How and why ? Whats the missing link

However, the more we research the historical ancient literature, the more we realize there is none or almost negligible evidence that dinosaurs were ever existed

I was just recently watching an episode of Big Brother in which one of the straight male housemates stated he had a list of Top 5 guys that he thought were attractive. The other men gave him a hard time about it, seeing as he claimed to be straight.

Then later they were talking to one of the gay male housemates about this "list", and he asked them why is it such a big deal that he has one, when if a girl had said she had 5 celebrity women she would like to have sex with, no one would have batted an eye.

Their answer was essentially: well, it's different. If you go into a club and there's two girls making out everyone's into it and screaming and excited. But it's not the same with two guys. The gay male they were talking to then stated that that is a double standard.

Why do you think we are so much more accepting of two women being sexual with each other (or even just affectionate) than we are two men?

I see people wearing T-Shirts emblazoned with "It's not me, the voices in my head made me do it" and "I'm not schizophrenic, he is" and that's supposed to be funny?

I complained after finding such a T-Shirt on a rack in the Macys department store and the manager agreed that it wasn't funny but he refused to take them off the rack all the same.

Why is OK for the mentally ill to be the subject of jokes on a T-shirt and no-one to be remotely concerned at how offensive this is to others?

Since I was a child, I had visions, dream, hallucinations, preminitions, predictions and they would come true. Lately as an adult they are getting stronger, I see things with my physical eyes as well as my spiritual eye. I would have thought I was going crazy but they are coming true. Somethings within minutes. I need to know how, why and where do I turn for guidance and teaching. I need a sense of direction to to get stronger with this gift and to know how to use it.
