No. Mainstream religion restricts the individual. They call personal pleasure a sin. They call experimentation with personal spirituality a sin. The face of 'mainstream religion' would have to change for this to be acceptable.

Sensuality, spirituality and sexuality are ALL tolerated among those in mainstream religion, if you mean Christianity. They are, infact, God ordained and celebrated. We call it marriage. It's a wonderful concept.

Mainstream religion? Hmmmmmmmmmmm, I don't know. It's a big leap for people who are not used to thinking on their own.
