It should be:

To work in a reputable company and to use my communication skills to uphold customer service and satisfaction.

Be aware, however, that this is not a complete sentence; it is a fragment. It does not contain a complete subject and predicate.

Is it an oath? If it is, then it would be a good PART of it. But it doesn't have a finite or conjugated verb, so by itself, it's doesn't make sense.
