In a few days I am sitting for the Illinois Bar Exam and let me tell you - I am exhausted from all the studying and the practice tests. Honestly, it is as bad as people say it is!

So, I was wondering if any folks out there would be kind enough to send out a prayer for my success. As I get to a saturation point with information it seems to me that I need a little divine intervention.

I appreciate anyone who is kind enough to do this for little ol me - hopefully another future law license holder.

When I heard this I got shocked, this is a chritain nation, and God should be first. God first is in our money& words and don,t disrespect thousands who have lost their live on the American soil for the sake of christainity. Our congress and jurdges are corrupt and should be replace with God fearing wise men. When good men fail to act the inoccent suffers, our generation are going to suffer this stupidity, children are not going to feel secured because of this great pervertism.

My coworker hurts my feelings everyday because she doesn't seem to like me. I'm not sure why she doesn't like me. She doesn't say hello when I walk into the room and say hello to her, she talks to everyone when they come into work, she spends time outside of work with everyone else in my department (and will invite them out right in front of me), and if I try to talk to her she gives me the shortest responses possible. It really hurts my feelings. Then, to make it worse, she expects me to listen to all of her stories and comment on them if no one else is at work...even though she basically ignores mine. I don't want to be rude to her just because she's been rude to me, but I don't know how to deal with it...?

I generally am the first to criticize the mormon faith, but I distinguish between the faith and the people, who are usually adorable. I am afraid, however, that all of the many God-fearing Mormon people on this forum are going to take it in the shorts for the comments of one guy who's having a bad day. Please understand that most Mormons (both believing/active and doubting/leaving) really are genuinely nice people. There are just some bad apples in the bunch, like there are in every religion.

What can we do to keep our criticisms from being "personal" on this board?

I dont see the relevance between the mathematics that govern the universe and einsteins opinion of god. Or darwin or a dozen others. Who cares about their political opinions or their personal lives etc. All I care about is their logical and intersubjectively valid contributions to science.

about what YOGI told ya... its true.. but also IF they were real native americans they wouldnt advertise the B.S. they signed themselves as... IF the real lakota tribe found this out these wannabes would be asked to verify their words... who made them shaman?
