How did our society, or culture, determine that a person is considered an adult when they become 18 yrs old? I know people not yet l8, that are both mentally & physically more mature than people who are more than l8 yrs old.

I have got to admit it myself, I never used to care about what race anybody else was as long as they were nice people but now since all the terror plots, I find myself mistrusting anyone who isn't white? I know it's wrong but I do keep my eyes on asians when I am on a bus, train or plain. I do not want to act like this but I suppose this is what the terrorists want for us westerners to live in fear.

what lead you to be just that?..an atheist. what are the benefits of being an atheist other than not having to go to church.not having to abide by church rules so you won't feel regret when you disobeyed the rules.. what good does it bring you?
