Who is this demon attacking me everytime i try astral travel? ok so i know that OBEs are illigeal in some religions but why have astral police that look like monsters from a horror movie. This is the second night that this dude attackes me and pushes me back into my body, whats his problem?

Why would a demon forse me back into my body, wouldn't he try and take my body when im floating about? Whats the scientific explanation of this before we get all delussional....

it comes natural, but i study the natural process and try and simulate it to travel more often.
I have had some strange experiences, e.g. i saw myself and a experience in a journey that later materialized exactly like i saw it happening on the asatral.

He is your mind...a part of your mind. Accept him just observe and don't focus on him and he will dissapear. That is my experience. Astral travelling per se is not really travelling. You are just letting your mind have its wild immaginations.

second question....have you ever done "mutual dreaming". I don't know if that's the scientific term...but I wonder if you've ever had a dream where someone you know was in the dream with you and then the two of you talk about it at a later date and realize that you both were in a dream together?
Astral travel is a fabulous experience.......repeat dreams are also of note....but to purposefully cause or choose it....is something that I don't understand, because it's not a natural occurrence...and perhaps you could avoid trying to use your will if you wish to experience astral travel.

about why he is doing that: i really have no idea, i have never heard of this happen to someone when they astral travel :( sorry.

He most likely is your spirit gaurdian who is pushing you back into your body to try and protect upi. For, as you know. astral projection can be very dangerous. By the way, why are you trying to do astral projection?

say ah oo thoo be la mina shay tan nar ra jeem every night before you go to sleep. in my religion it prevents any jinn from attacking you in your sleep. go ahead and look it up. islam says that in dreams you have three stages. 1. from youur self conscience 2. from the shaytan (devil) 3. from allah. reciting this before you sleep, you seek refuge with allah (god) if you are not comfortable reciting it in arabic because you do not believe in the religion try saying in english i seek refuge with you lord against satan. it will help. it does me
