An agnostic can only know for a fact that he or she doesn't know if a God exists.
If someone says that they know God through Divine Revelation - that God had spoken directly with them - an agnostic might think that unlikely, and probably would ask some interesting questions - but would have a hard time disproving that Divine Revelation had happened.
So the answer to your question is "no".
I never heard of "fundamental agnostics".

Some agnostics are of the opinion that the existence of god is unknowable, they're called strong agnostics. People who believe that it is possible to know whether god exists but they haven't yet worked it out are called weak agnostics.

Peace!
The best proof God exists is the Incarnation of the Word of God.
What human can:
Silence a typhoon?
Feed a multitude with a few loaves of bread and fishes?
Change water into wine?
Walk on water?
Bring back dead people to life?
Restore sight to people who have been born blind?
Rise from the dead?
These miracles prove that Jesus Christ had the power over life and death and the forces of nature. In fact, he claimed he was God. If he were a fake or a fairy tale Christianity would have been dead a long time ago.
Have a great day

I would think that agnostics think that nobody has yet shown them solid evidence one way or the other. Therefore, they have to take a neutral stance and say that "they just don't know".
I suspect that it is the most reasonable attitude of all.

I'd have to say that falls into the category of belief rather than knowledge. Claiming knowledge of the unknowability of something would make a person's head implode.
