The god of the bible has made various claims about the world: The origins of man (disproved by evolution), the world wide flood (disproved by geology), the birth of languages by the tower of babel (disproved by linguistics and its historical branch pointed out multi-languages extisted longer than that), the shape of the earth (disproved by mathematics and physics, but nowadays Christians want to pretend it didn't say it was flat), the ability for everyone to turn away from sin (disproved by psychology points out sociopaths that are biologically unable to turn away from "sin"), etc.

How many more claims do we need to disprove so that you Christians can finally accept that your god can be and has been disproven?

Ok, I have been a volunteer at a local senior citezens home for going on 9 months.

The residents are great, however during a Bingo activity, there is a bad apple in the bunch. He come late every single time, disrupts the other residents and has been disiplined several time for his outbursts and bad behavior, (from staff).

I have let him come in and interrupt all of this time, except the last time. I had him removed from the activity for the first time with me and feel sorry and guilty. (he yelled at me, again, he has yelled at others and threw his bingo board and chips off the table, etc)

He likes fighting so much he had a dream he fought with his brother and fell of his bed in the night. (big bruise on forehead).

Should I have had him removed from disrupting the activity yet again? It has been going on for quite sometime now, and lasts throughout the whole game.

Thanks for reading all of this and I really appreciate your advice....

I go to a very small church. very low attendance.
I miss a Sunday and he calls me up and asks me if I am sick.
I don't lie or want to be rude. I know he don't call the other few members. How can i phrase the truth that won't hurt him? or should i just tell the truth and shame the devil. Sometimes I just can't get out of bed becasue I stayed up all night goofing off

How do you view arab and islam before and after 9/11?

My grand children really need new clothes and my daughter can't or won't buy them decent outfits. When I buy them clothes instead of presents the children get mad. I am not rich but I would rather see them dress nicely then get some toy they will just break or lose after a short time. any ideas

In 2001, my father passed away on December 14th, in 2005 my grandmother passed away on January 1st. Just recently my grandfather passed away on January 25th.

My question is if my family is just cursed with dying in the winter or is winter a common month for death to occur, if so...why?
