In the New Testament it says that Jesus healed the sick and the lame and he regarded them as brother and sister. It also makes reference to the "Charriot of the Lord". Is it such a leap of faith to think that this "Charriot" was in fact a wheelchair?

I would like to know about the mysteries of the rosary. Sure, I have lists of them, but the problem is, for the most part, I don't even understand them! I know they're prayed on certain days, but I really and truly don't know what a lot of them reffer to, and therefor have nothing to meditate on! I live in the UK, my husband and I speak different languages that we'd like our kids to learn. Should we speak to them in our respective languages and expect them to pick up English at nursery/school? Should we start with teaching them English to make sure they don't feel left out when they go to nursery/school and can make friends? Or should we speak all 3 languages at the same time??

Lets see its changing clothes

Do that twice a day

Its dancing

Do that weekly and love it.

Its flirting.

Wish I could do that well.

Its getting paid £10-£20 to dance and change clothes and flirt and wiggle for each five minute dance.


Helping you to keep fit and healthy and develop good muscel tone

(saves going to the gym)

Mainly cheering up lonley guys who haven't got a girlfriend or wife to snuggle up with as maybe shy, not much good at chatting up due to having had strict parents or not so hot looking.


Or more often guys on their birthday or bucks night being naughty.


So I dont get it...

Given the girls can earn like £800+ a night, get fit and healthy with all that exercise... which adds up to half the price of a house at todays prices in a year.

So in a few years you coukld buy a house with no debt or mortage worries, In a nice safe area of town with a pretty garden and park nearby. Have nice TVs and all that.

I asked this a couple times before and this'll be the last time. I just want a good range of answers.

Let's say someone is immortal and spends all their time meditating. They imagine a deer and through years of meditation map out every cell, every bone, every chemical reaction that would go on inside that deer. They can remove any influence they would have on this imagination of theirs and sort of suspend it, and let everything inside it serve its purpose.

I'm just thinking about what if someone could have a fully functioning life form inside their mind unlike the superficial images of animals we have inside ours.

Would this be a life?

Here I'll explain the molecular evidence:
DNA is our blueprints to making anything an arm, lungs, whatever - if 2 animals both need lungs wouldn't we expect the 2 blueprints to making lungs be very similar - a human lung and a bird lung will be very similar but just a bit different for that species unique make up
just like making a car - the engines are going to look very similar but there will be small differences depending if the car is a race car or a minivan
I do believe in species divergence and the Bible does not say anything against this - that is animals adapting to there environments the difference is a cat is always a cat and never "adapts" into a dog

and please dont answer by saying - what is your evidence - that doesn't help it just tells me you don't know

I've been living in Oz for 2 years now and I find that about every 1 out of 3 people I meet is rude to me once I tell them I'm from the states. No, I don't like Bush and it wasn't my choice to be born in America. So many Aussies adore all the stupid Hollywood stars, including some of their own homegrown talent that has sold out and moved to the USA...so what makes them any better than the average person?
