I don't get to see my boyfriend on V-Day because we both have to work than I have to go straight to class and that doesn't end until 10 at night. He has to wake up early so he doesn't want to stay out late. I can tell he is upset so what should I do to make him feel better?

What scientific proof is there for the proposition that "all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights"?

I certainly believe that, but I would assume those who say that we must be led by science and reason, not religion, would demand more proof than I would.

So, where is YOUR proof?

For this question, we will presume god exists, the bible is god's literal word, and it is accurate. What does this mean?

KJV

1 cor 6:9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

11And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Does that mean drunkards can't go to heaven, or that they can since some were washed and sanctified? If so, can the effeminate and "abusers of themselves with mankind" also go to heaven following the same procedure?

I have an assignment for my Human Sexuality class that I need to ask questions to people in different decades on Human Sexuality. It would be great if some could help me out and answer some of the following questions. Please note that this is aimed towards personal experince (preferable during your teenage years). I do believe in Jesus, isn't she judging me? she does not look at my emails, she said one time that I am on a different path then she is on, and she ignores me, and a couple times I brought her over some pizza I made she rejected it, and I came back home crying, I feel like giving up on church just like my other friend did. They were friends too. she makes me feel worthless. All I want to know isn't that a form of judging someone?

My younger sister is attacted to women and is currently in a relationship with another woman. Me, and the rest of my family are very concerned for her well being, as we believe homosexuality to be a terrible sin. Is there anyway Jesus can cure her homosexuality? I keep hearing that he can, but so far, I don't know of any real world examples in which Jesus cured somebodies homosexuality.

I am angry because if a family member dies Im pretty sure I will never SEE them again. To me thats not fair. Its not fair I wasnt givin a choice to be born, and its not fair that Im going to die. So is it fair that God doesnt reassure us in life so we are not so angry about what happens when we die.?
