No. In fact, while many Jews kinda wish Christianity would go away, and with it Islam, since they both profess a messiah even though the man they claim as such failed the prophecies... many jews also feel that, even in its incorrectness, Christianity and Islam DO still point people to Adonai and far be it from them to complain about people turning their eyes to the Lord.

Stealing ! You on drugs ? The old Testament comprises of the historical record of the Jewish people going back to creation...the forerunner of Christian teaching as well.History applies equally to all races , colours & creeds. If Jews have a problem with that ...tuff.

Only when christians try to claim they have a better understanding of the 'OT' than do Jews. It's laughable, but it's the only way Christians can 'prove' their religion.

As a Modern Orthodox Jew, I can tell you that we are not upset by that fact at all. Why should we be?
As all Christians and Muslims (who borrowed from the Jews and the Christians their version of 'truth') do follow the 7 laws of Noah. They include: Not to deny God; Not to blaspheme God; Not to murder; Not to engage in incestuous adulterous, bestial or homosexual relationships; Not to steal; Not to eat a limb torn from a living animal; To set up courts to ensure obedience to the other six laws.
We as Jews regard any non-Jew who keeps these 7 laws as a righteous gentile who is guaranteed a place in the world to come. Furthermore, as Jews we have to follow hundreds of commandments (613 to be exact) some are no longer valid because we do not have a Temple, some (78) commandments are not valid for those who do not reside in Israel and don't farmin Israel. But the big one is Honor thy neighbor.
If we are mad at Christians it is not because of the fact that you have New Testament, but because for the last 2007 years you have tried to convert us to your faith through missions, torture, pretending to be Jews (like Judeo Christians), and who can forget Crusades, Pogroms, rapes, tortures, confiscation of property, Holocaust, anti-Semitic laws, and etc. that was committed to us by Christians of Europe and Latin America. (In Latin America Inquisition per se; lasted up until late 1800's up until which time most of the Jews had to escape for US for more religious freedoms. We are also upset to the fact it regards both to the Christians and the Muslims also to the Hindus and any other religion that has missionary workers trying to convert others. As Jews we do not have that nor belief in that. There is general knowledge to become a Jew is a life long process. Before you convert you will be denied couple of times to make sure that you are serious. Then you will be evaluated why you want to convert, how did you come across Judaism, what do you plan to accomplish as a Jew. We then send you to a school in some schools you will learn for a year before you will be admitted to -"bein din" a religious court- in other branches of Judaism it can be longer. There you will be grilled and if you pass you will become a Jew after circumcision and going to a Mikveh (spiritual bath). How do you find about Judaism through literature most people who converted to Judaism studied by themselves for few years until they thought that Judaism meant sense and etc.
If you want to mend fences, please stop taunting us to convert and to follow the New Testament. And we will have an everlasting friendship that shall not be destroyed by petty arguments.
I hope that this answered your question.

Not hardly. They were upset that the Law wasn"t being adhered to. The freedom the Son of God brought confused them and they think and thought it is and was false.
