The ads say for the temporary relief of occasional flare-ups. To make her truly disappear you'd have to perform a Hemorrhoidectomy.

Well… let’s see… you apply preparation-H 4 times a day, an average tube is about an ounce, lasting a week of treatment and taking care of the problem. When burned, the rectal sphincter is considered 1% of the body surface area, and that is the area treated and fully covered by a normal application, so 1 ounce for 1% I would have to guess that it would take 100 ounces, 100 tubes!!!
