There is a joke, I hope you will not be ofended:

A Hispanic man walks into a cafe one early morning and noticed that he was the only Hispanic man there. As he sat down, he noticed a white man behind him.The white man said, "Colored people are not allowed here."
The Hispanic man turned around and stood up.He then said:

"listen Pendejo....when i was born, i was BROWN, "
"When i grew up, i was BROWN, "
"When i'm sick, i'm BROWN, "
"When i go in the sun, i'm BROWN, "
"When I'm cold, i'm BROWN, "
"When i die, i'll be BROWN."
But you pendejo...."
"When you're born, you're pink, "
"When you grow up, you're white, "
"When you're sick, you're green, "
"When you go in the sun, you turn red, "
"When you're cold, you turn blue, "
"And when you die, you turn purple."
"And you have the nerve to call me colored?"

This makes me think that maybe I´m not a white girl and that I´m lucky because many colors are always better and more fun than only one

I had mentioned at work how I was saving my spare cash to buy a new bike so I could participate in a charity Bike Tour in the summer. I am a one income family (mine) and I dont have alot of money to spare to save for this bike. One of my coworkers called a friend of hers who insisted on donating her old bike to me so I could train for this Bike Tour.

I am stunned at her generosity, and tried to refuse, and/or pay her for the bike. This woman refused. I dont even know her name. My coworker delivered the bike to me at work. How do i thank her and her friend for something so wonderful? A card seems okay, but not enough, you know? Especially for this perfect stranger!

What should I do to show them my gratitude? The kindness moved me to tears..

Thanks for your help.

Is this really islam? I recommend you try the following movie. It’s a real eye opener. I recommend the 1st link if you have the time. If not, try the second link. The third link is for your research on the truth. Then come back and tell me what you think of it.

I've seen people do this, even go as far as patting the person's stomach and saying something else along the lines of "Maybe you should do more sit-ups" or some other line about putting it on.

Maybe I just weave too much into things, but I don't really think this is a very polite thing to do---especially out in public.

What do you think?

You are at the beach. Unfortunately for you, ____ (fill in with person you really don't like) came there too. Everyone else is hanging out by the barbeque. You decide to lie down and relax in the sun. ____ waded in the water. You turn on your portable T.V. and hear about the red "Omnivorous Land-Shark" that has killed 3 people and eaten 18 fields of cabbage this week. The report stay away from colors like green because it attracts the monster. Everyone lays down 20 yards away to relax and to get some shade. Ten minutes later, you turn off the T.V to see the land-shark coming out of the horizon. Unfortunately, right behind of ____, because ____ picked the wrong day to wear green. You know that ____ can’t run for his/her life and anyone else can‘t save him/her because they just ate.

People believe that the bible, a 2,000 year old book, has the answers to the universe. That the knowledge of everything has already been figured out. Nothing could be further than the truth.

"Science's permanently revolutionary conviction that the search for the truth never ends seems to be the only approach with sufficent humility to be worthy of the universe that it revealed."

Why does the religious/spiritual sexual spawn so many idiotic and asinine questions? You get:
- people who takes somone else's avatar and ruin them
- spend their time asking question that are too stupid for monkeys to answer
- "ask" questions just to infuriate others religions
Don't find it in other categories as often as this.
What causes people's beliefs for these j@ck@$$e$ to do this...besides boredom.

Those who believe seem to lose all sense of logic and reason and go with what "feels" right. It feels right that humans just appeared out of thin air, fully grown. Instead of humans, and all other life, evolving though natural selection.

Will we ever grow past our current adolesence? It seems that religion is forever stuck in the past. If you believe in religion, then you are seeing the world through the eyes of those who lived long ago. When their knowledge of the world was extremely limited.
