Why does everything have to be so segregated? What happened to intergration? Shoot...I like burritos, asian food, collard greens! i enjoy learning about other cultures.

girl i totally agree with u. i was thinking the exact same thing. I am black but i love all kinds of foods, listen to all kinds of musics. i dont care if its good then i like it. but thats one thing i really hate about this society becuz everything that goes on its always labeled as black and white and not as a whole. So when people try to try different things ur constantly being critized for wanting to explore different things that would not be considered "black"

Because it's less embarrassing to say "it's a Black/White/Latino thing" than to have to admit that it's stupid as hell, and you're a hypocrite for doing or saying the same things that you've criticized others for doing.

because most spend more energy on seeing what makes us different oppose to looking at how much we are all alike. we all want the same opportunities, be able to take care our families, feel respected. go where ever we want and this list good go on...........
