i rather be the bartender because it is a job and i make money instead of spending and wasting money on drinks ... as a bartender you learn gto listen to people and their problems...haven't you heard of drunk stories people hear in bars?......it is a pretty cool job. you meet a lot of people and many become regulars so you get to know them personally and get to be friends.....and of course, they become good tippers....lol

being a bartender does not mean you are an alcoholic. in fact, most bartenders i know don't even drink or if they drink, they are just average drinkers.

a bartender who is an alcoholic will drink all the drinks in the bar and get fired...lol

Bartender. Better make some monay while you're at it. Plus they probably have 'no drinking while working' policy so you don't have to drink as much and escape being an alcoholic.

Bartender--at least you get paid and people think bartenders are kind of cool, not like loser drunks just hanging out.
