Yes.
I can write my own Bible, and then also write that my words cannot be proved, but they must be taken on faith alone. This document would be no more or less valid than the Bible.

I dont think we fully rely on faith-
We see God's creation, and all of nature and know of His exsistence.
also God speaks to us- not audibly, but we can see him working in our lives- things you call coincidences, we call a work of God
