Yes, definitely more egocentric than ever with little to non concerns for the community. Also there will be less brainpower with all the technology and mass media draining it dry. Have you read Fahrenheit 451? The next generation will be a lesser form of that.

Simple. They'll be just as self-centered & myopic in their pathetic lives instead of learning what really matters in life let alone what is going on in the world. It's not all about them!
