...it is the doctrine of the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Churches with reservations. Does this theological position acknowledge that the quantum mechanical phenomenum of entanglement and non-locality seem to point to consciousness as a property of the material universe?

A couple of references about this phenomenum are:

Or should I even thank her for saving me? ...because I really hadn't invited her over--the neighbor girl. She just sort of snuck into my apartment while I was watching television...and choking on my cough drop also I suppose.

I suspect that she only stopped by after a long day of unsuccessfully stalking me; since I hadn't gone outside because of my cold, she didn't catch a glimpse of me as she usually does. I was only lucky that she stopped by then...in time to punch me in the chest and dislodge the cough drop.

But, alas, how can I thank her without leading her on? I verbally expressed my thanks immediately afterwards as well. Should anything else be done?

And don't tell me to lock my door; I often have been locking it because of that girl, but in my ill state, I must have forgotten...

A friend is quite use to weird things happening in her house. Recently a ficus tree fell over. Her pets were by her side and no one else was in the house. This tree is heavily weighed down. She is concerned that there might be a message and she is desperate to know what that might be. Can anyone help in finding this answer?

What do you most love and hate about the Centennial State? What are the people like? Are they fairly religious and conservative?

Atlanta, New Orleans, and Chicago. Why do I say this? Because, here in my hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, housing projects have been AND STILL ARE being torn down (as well as other low-income housing areas where the majority of the residents were and still are Black) and condos and expensive apartments are being built. The same thing is going on in Chicago. How do I know this? Do you remember the Chicago-based rap duo Boo & Gotti that were with No Limit Records? In one of their hit singles from several years ago ("Man"), one of them said "They're tearing down the projects, man" , and I saw a middle-aged Caucasian guy shaking hands with the mayor with a construction site background where a housing project used to be on the music video that went along with the song. In Atlanta, the newly built condos and expensive apartments are being lived in by White people who are from out of state and accustomed to paying high rent and leasing prices. They're being ripped off here!!!!!!

I need the Book, the Chapter, and the Verse to settle an argument.

Some of my Christian friends claim that the Ten Commandments are a MUST. Others claim that they are optional. Which is it and why?

BTW to get it straight; Please state the exact translation of the Commandment concerning the taking of life.

How may a Christian justify to ignore the Commandments of not eating Shrimp or Pork, to be circumcised as he was?

Again, chapter and verse.

If you choose to ignore one of God's Commandments, may you also ignore the others?

What did Jesus say that specifically says that you may?

Will I feel out of place in blue jeans, athletic shoes and a Polo shirt?

Would I feel more in place with dockers, leather shoes, and a button shirt?

Do I need to wear a coat and tie?

I want to start visiting some churches to see if I can find one that feels right and all I remember from the 70's was that my friends and I would stop by their Catholic church in shorts and T shirts on the way to the beach or from, but at my church, Lutheran, it was coats and ties and wingtips or suits.

What's the dress code for your church?

Here has what I've been experiencing...

I've been having all these feelings for quite a long, long time.

1. I look at guys more than I do girls, almost 100% of the time
2. I imagine myself with a feminine/unisex hairstyle(cause I can't stand guy haircuts) - And I want one, BADLY.
3. I imagine myself in tight clothin - And I want too, BADLY.
4. I imagine myself with earrings - And I want them, BADLY.
5. I hate sports, can't stand to play or hear about it
6. I like looking at Japanese boy's love (fictional) comics (yaoi)

What am I?

If I am gay or something else, how can I tell my parents that I want to have earrings, tight clothing and feminine hair and other stuff?

Please help.

A few years back, actually five years ago, I found a book in a Bible store in New York City. One of the chapters was called "Letters From Arristis" The were a series of letters written by a father to each of his six sons. I misplaced that book. I wonder if anyone has ever heard of it? Or would know where I could find it again.

I have two really good friends that are starting to like each other. My guy friend had been inviting my girl friend to his church every Sunday and she is considering converting. She knows even less than I do about his faith which is virtually nothing. However we are both aware that her moral values are completely opposed to those of his church as she is very liberal and his church is extremely conservative. I've tried talking to her about it, but she keeps insisting that his church just feels "more right" than hers. I just have this feeling that what feels so much "more right" to her is the fact that he holds her hand during the service.

I'm not Catholic, but in the Catholic religon, Suicide is considered one of the mortal sins and will get you banished to hell. But, if you're in hell, can you visit people just like people in heaven can visit each other?

Does the Bible say anything about this?

Also: If you wanted to see someone you lost in Hell, would suicide not be the easiest route to get yourself there? (Assuming you believe the Catholics are right, and that suicide will get you banished to hell).

I know this probably sounds like a stupid question, but It's been on my mind lately since the loss of a friend (and if you think I'll kill myself to see her you're wrong. I don't believe the Catholic's view of suicide as a mortal sin.)
