yes. my neighbor did that to me once. it was pretty weird.

I spy on my neighbors because they are crazy, drugged out freaks who threaten the very exisistence of my family and home. Every time I call the police, they clear out-listening to police scanner. So yes, to protect my loved ones and property, I spy, video tape and document.

Unfortunately, I would say yes. It should not be this way. But, I am afraid that is the sad state of affairs to-day!

I can assure you that some do,yes.just ask the police they are answering calls for drug cultivation a lot,when i was a kid you'd see next door peering out the window every time you or someone pulled up outside the house,yep plenty of neighbour spying going on in the world for sure

My neighbor does, he's an ex-cop hes just really nosy. I don't, i'll look outside if there are ppl yelling or ambulences but otherwise no.

some of my neighbors do!!!they want to see how many animals i have so they can call the health department!!![i live in greece]and they don't like animals here!!
