Actually, I found the neighbor girl sleeping on my living room carpet several weeks ago, but it's the same principle. It frightened me horribly, but perhaps it was my own fault as I forgot to lock my door. Nonetheless, she is harmless although she does have some sort of crush on me or some sort of obsession.

Also, I am quite certain that she wasn't drunk when she decided to sleep in my living room.

My living room carpet has a very high pile, and I often get my feet trapped in it myself, but I checked her feet before I woke her up by duct taping her to the floor and pressing the button on my fire alarm, and her feet were in fact not stuck.

What should I say to her? Would it make it worse if I mentioned it since I would be talking to her which would probably make her think that I do have romantic feelings for her (which I don't)?

If I want to say “If I happen to (see/find) him, I will beat him up!”, can I use the “GET ACROSS” to express the same meaning?:
“If I happen to GET ACROSS him, I will beat him up!”

Or

If I want to say “You are so evil, I hope you (meet/have to deal with/happen to, or have to get involved with) many people just like you!”, can I use the “GET ACROSS” to express the same meaning?:

Alot of KJB users claim Catholics added the Apocrypha to the bible. This is incorrect according to history, even secular history.

382 the first bible was compiled from translations by the early Catholic Church. Jerome who translated the New Testament put a note next to the Apocrypha Books, stating that he did not know if they were inspired scripture, or just Jewish historical writings which accompanied the Old Testament. These books were accepted as part of the Canon of the Bible & were always there.

Contrary to popular belief the bible was available to the public. It was chained to churches as the bible took 3 years to handwrite, there were no printing presses.

With the printing press the Protestant Reformers decided to publish the bible at which time they removed the Apocrypha books. The first bible w/o the Apocrypha came out in 1611.

How can KJB users be literalist when the bible says this is my book do not add or remove from it & it had books were removed?

Evolution does make sense to me but I do not understand how people can believe that the world formed just by chance. I think having faith in God takes is much more thinkable than believing the world formed by itself. Aren't athiests supposed to be skeptics?
IF traits were aquired by adaption to environments, why is it that humans have morals? Evolution says that the gene tries to spread itself and those genes that produce most success in survival and reproduction survive. but why did we develop these traits that make us feel guilt when we do wrong? and why didn't the same happen to other animals? If the eye can be formed randomly by 2 unrelated species, why are humans so different?

with much respect to your beliefs, i just wanted to know what people think of evolution, especially the ones who do not believe in God. And i'm not saying i dont believe in evolution, i do. I just dont believe it happened by its own. thank you

This is a question based on true story. I recently saw a movie based on true story of Brook Ellison. Brook Ellison is a woman who has been paralyzed from neck down since 11 and have been living on wheelchair every day.
Despite such terrible obstacles, she went on to graduate from Harvard University and become a great , inspirational person who contributes to society.
She is truly one of the most inspirational people I have seen in my life. Her life truly made me move deeply and not take things for granted.
I pose this Q to everyone to hear what you guys think.
How would you live every day if you were paralyzed from neck down since 11? Meaning, you would need help to move, to take shower, to eat, even in bathroom.
There is no right or wrong answer. I just would like to hear candid, honest answer. Thanks in advance for any insights.
