There are Bullies calling by phone to my house only for Phone Jokes, How can i stop them???

They do it because it bothers you.
I know it sounds lame, but if you don't let it bother you they'll stop because its boring. Play along with the phone prank. Prank them back. Just don't get pissed off and defensive and freak out. That's exactally what they want.

Open up the phone book and find the section where it tells you how to block calls.
