Actually, I found the neighbor girl sleeping on my living room carpet several weeks ago, but it's the same principle. It frightened me horribly, but perhaps it was my own fault as I forgot to lock my door. Nonetheless, she is harmless although she does have some sort of crush on me or some sort of obsession.
Also, I am quite certain that she wasn't drunk when she decided to sleep in my living room.
My living room carpet has a very high pile, and I often get my feet trapped in it myself, but I checked her feet before I woke her up by duct taping her to the floor and pressing the button on my fire alarm, and her feet were in fact not stuck.
What should I say to her? Would it make it worse if I mentioned it since I would be talking to her which would probably make her think that I do have romantic feelings for her (which I don't)?

The best thing you can do is tell her that it is a Russian tradition that people who sleep on their neighbours carpets should have to be beaten round the head and run naked down the street shouting 'I am an ignorant fool, I am an ignorant fool.' However on this one occassion you will let her off on the grounds that she is your neighbour, if she repeats the offence it will be double the punishment.

Force her to go without watching Larry the Cable Guy for a week.
If this isn't a joke, you are an idiot for duct taping her to the floor. She can claim rape, kidnapping, or worse, and you might have a hard time explaining why you taped her to the floor to the police.
You have a fire alarm? Are you sure you don't mean smoke alarm?
Just tell her to get the heck outta your house or you will call the police.
