Seeing the answers from my previous question at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag62WM90y7gNyvBIWvWyWdPsy6IX?qid=20061225002012AArINRb made me think. Almost every one of you said that you did not need proof to believe in Jesus and god. If this is true, why would you not believe in zeus? If you do not require proof, just faith in zeus, then why would you deny his existence and accept Jesus'? I am not trying to provoke anyone or to offend anyone, I truly want to know how people can think in such a way. I just do not understand how people can.

I would prefer only to hear from people who DO in fact believe that they do not need proof to believe in god. If you DO need proof to believe in god and do believe in god, than would you respond to me earlier question

Iam NOT AN ATHEIST, but interstingly found that some religion claim its the only way to GOD. Is there a necessity for GOD to self advertise like this??? Does God need a prophet to advertise for him to show the route to people to follow a particular religion to reach him or to have his LOVE?

I hope we all had a great day with friends and family.

I see quite a few of my favorite people on here tonight. Hayden Lyfe, The Dude, Red Eye Agnostic, and Godzilla. I hope your day was wonderful.

I was with my two dearest friends and our children. One is a Christian, one is an atheist, and I am an agnostic deist ( or so I have been told). We talk about religion and politics quite often and we all agree on most every issue. The existance of God is not a concern of ours.

I think that it is wonderful to embrace each other and our own personal beliefs because we respect and love each other.

Is it that way for you also?

hi,a little more than a year ago i was bored and trying to find something interesting to do so i decided to buy a deck of tarots and for 3 days in a row at 4 in the morning in my bed i "played" with these things.then next day my husband call me from work ,told me that around 4/5 in the morning (he was sleeping in the couch downstairsin the living room) he heard this loud noise coming from up the stairs similar to and my dogs when we come downstairs( i didint work so i was every night till late and my dogs follow me always) and he woke up and was waiting for me to go down cuz he was mad cuz we just had new neighbours moving in.instead a white luminous orb came out across the living room and when out the backdoor.he said he got cold he couldnt ( hes a big guy) get up or move and speak .after that thing was gone everything turn ok.he put salt in every door of the house and nothing happenend since then im a christian ,he s not,i didint hear nothing and my animals never woke up too.help

Why when a person is gay and if they're obviously attracted to the same sex, why do they often dress and act like the opposite? I don't mean to offend I'm just curious. And where do most gay guys develop that accent from?

I am getting rid of a bunch of stuff and I have underwear I don't wear anymore. There are no holes or streaks or anything. Do these places accept underwear or should I just toss it?
