I'm gay and I'm angry with God coz' he created me in this way! "God, why do you have to create me like this? Am I wrong? Or is it a punishment? I did nothing to you but why you make me like this? God, do you know that life really sucks!?"

It would only to a minute amount of effort on their part to ask the most simple questions like who, what, why, when and how.. Are they afraid to find out THE TRUTH and have the paradigms they've been horse-collared with destoryed? Are they afraid to face the facts and find out that they've been duped all of their lives..????

I asked this in comics and animation and got nothing yet so i'm putting it in the religion section

Who here thinks the anime Poke'mon is evil and satanic? I'm reading about it on a site (christian obviously) and they're giving all kinds of reasons why it's wrong. These being: it's addicting, (bar none, all games are but that's not really satanic) it has the supernatural in it (i.e some powers the pokemon have, psychic power, stuff like that) and they're saying that is has "pit fighting" resemblances and tells children it's ok to hurt animals.I played pokemon for a long while and never developed any of that. And so what if I would've, I read a lot of stuff about the occult and supernatural and the other stuff being wrong yet not one concrete reason WHY it's wrong. People worry about the occult and call it evil and don't have any reasons to back it up.

What do you think?

All of my Black friends have no idea where their father is...it seems pretty normal for them, and they don't seem to care. What's up with this? My White, Asian, and Hispnic friends all have great fathers....it seems like my Black friends are the only ones without male role models. Is this trend disappearing?

My side of the family has all the grandkids and adult kids exchange gifts through a name draw. My sister's kids drew my kids names out of the name draw, and they haven't received anything yet. Should I call my sister, because my kids drew 2 of her kids names, and we sent their gifts a couple of weeks ago. Or should I just forget it and after Christmas tell my siblings that my family will not be participating anymore? I don't care about the gifts themselves, because my kids have more than enough, but if you're going to participate in a gift exchange, and draw a name, AND accept a gift, shouldn't you give the gift you drew the name for? My sister pulls garbage like this all the time, and lives out of state, so they would've had to ship anything they got. I wouldn't even mind if it were me, but it's my kids. Any help/ideas would be appreciated. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
