I'm gay and I'm angry with God coz' he created me in this way! "God, why do you have to create me like this? Am I wrong? Or is it a punishment? I did nothing to you but why you make me like this? God, do you know that life really sucks!?"

it's ok to question God, it's even ok to say you hate him, but you need to listen to his answers. I felt the same way when I was about 19 or 20. I prayed to God why me? Is this really wrong? Does it go against you? I want to please God because I love him. So if this life was wrong, God please show me how to change. If you really want me to change I need your help. If you don't need me to change, please let me know.

Well, God answered my prayers directly. He sent a lady I knew to be Christian to knock on my door. We read the bible together and not once did she tell me I needed to change. We found scriptures to teach how to be close to God and love him. It was God's hand turning the pages. "whenever 2 or more of you are gathered in my name I am there" God spoke to me that day and told me it was ok to be gay and he still loved me.

Don't let your hate continue too long; say some prayers and ask for guidance. If you are truly sincere and speaking to God from the heart He will give you the answers. Don't expect what the answers will be, just listen to God and He will not lead you wrong.

Hey sweetie, don't be angry with God. Its not a punishment to be gay, there is nothing wrong with that. I think sometimes you must be angry with society because sometimes they are very cruel. My 19 yr old son is gay and before he told me he was always very depressed and angry. He only told me a few months ago and now he looks at life a different way, saying if I accept him the way he is then he is happy. Have your family accepted you the way you are? If they have not then its their loss. God Bless and Good Luck! You have a friend here when ever you need to talk.

Life would be just a lottery if there is just one route to heaven. Being born in the right religion, with right family up bringing, and the right sexuality! Those stupid people who say you choose this life style cannot see that you are dying to change and that is why you are angry with God. Maybe knowing why you are gay would help you accept yourself and make peace with God.

There are several theories as to why a person is gay. The most prominent I have read is a work by Simon Le Vay. He determined - through autopsy - that gay men and straight men have one single difference: the size of their hypothalamus (a gland in the middle of your brain and well known to be the source of sexual stimulation in human beings). With gay men it is small and fluffy were as in straight men, it is solid and large. He repeated this experiment with lesbian and straight women and found the reverse. Straight women had small/fluffy gland were as lesbian has large/denser gland.
So hypothalamus size wise:
Gay men = Straight women
Lesbian women = Straight men

Following years of studies, he determined that this gland is developed before birth. When he examined pregnant mothers during period of pregnancy he found that this gland gets developed during the 6th month of pregnancy. If the mother body thinks she has a daughter, she would give Oestrogen (female hormone). If she thinks she has male son, she would give Testosterone (male hormone). For some un-explained reason, the mother would give the wrong hormone. Depending on how long this hormone is given, the child may come up as Bisexual, straight acting gay guy, camp gay guy, or in extreme cases transsexual (a person who believes he is in the wrong body!).

Research into how to determine why this switch happens has been blocked. From one side, the church and religious groups would not accept it (because this would mean centuries of prosecuting gay/lesbians was a crime but more importantly it is a serious shake to their belief). From the other side, gay groups have pressured government and other organisation not to proceed in such research because this would mean there is a way to eliminate gays from existence! Hosptial scans can determine if a mother has son/daugther and a simple blood test can deterimine what hormone the mother is giving. The latest work as done by an Italian scientist two years ago who tried to determine if the mother had a genetic differences that results in this switch and managed to find some correlation in that most mothers with gay/lesbian children had actually gay/lesbian brothers and sisters!

See it is much more complicated that this but I hope I explained to you in best possible way. And if you are wandering how a bisexual man/woman hypothalamus would look, well it is medium size/denisty, they got mix of hormones and thus they would like both!

This also was proven to happen in animals all around the world. We are the making of God! We are part of nature and its creation. As long as you be honest, good person, not hurt anyone, surely God would see this.

Why are you angry at God? Does your life suck because you are gay?

If it does (and for many, life really is more difficult because of their homosexuality/bisexuality/transgenderism/transsexuality), then you need to remember that God isn't the one making your life difficult- just being gay doesn't make life hard. Rather, it's society that does. Society needs to change, so blame them for the difficulties you experience. Homosexuality isn't meant to be a punishment for anyone, but a source of sexual diversity.

Think about it this way- way back when, blacks could have fallen on their knees and said "God, why do you have to create me like this? Am I wrong? Or is it a punishment? I did nothing to you buy why you make me like this? God, do you know that life really sucks!?". But what made their lives hard was society, not their skin color.

Look at the bright side, my friend.

I used to feel exactly like you in fact i once said those exact words. I think it's great that you believe in God and i also think it's great that you know what you are and that you were born this way. Now you have to accept it, you have to positively embrace who you are and make peace with the fact that you are and always will be homosexual. You can't change it, God won't change it for you, no amount of praying will make you straight. So you can spend an eternity rejecting yourself and being depressed or you can love you for who you are. It took me years to figure out that there was nothing wrong with being homosexual and you MUST do the same.

You are not wrong for being gay. I believe that god created each person the way he wanted them to be, regardless of what society believes. If god didn't want you to be gay, you wouldn't be gay. I know what you are going through, I have asked the same question many times. But just remember that he decides who we are and what we are going to be long before we are born.

You are what you are and despite what some of the morons who answer saying that you choose to be gay, you are born that way. They clearly are not gay otherwise they would know that you cannot change the way you are made. Rejoice in your sexuality. If you live in a country that embraces diversity then you can enjoy life with whoever you wish. Why worry about what some mythical deity may think.

I personally think you are wrong - but that doesn't really matter.
You are the one who has to live with what you believe, and nothing I say can, or should, make a difference to that.
The fact that you are asking this seems to suggest that you perhaps don't think that that is how you should be thinking, so may be now is the time for some reflect on your part. May be you need to think about what it is you really, truely, believe in your heart in regards to god, life and your sexuality. I hope you can find out what is right for you, and live accordingly :)

No, you're not wrong. You are completely justified in being angry with God and asking Him why. Continue to ask him why until you receive an answer... and you will.

Just remember - there is nothing wrong with you. God makes us all the way we are for a reason - there is a purpose to it - you are no accident. Not in God's eyes, anyway.

You are not wrong for being angry with God. Lots of people are for a variety of reasons. However, you are not disabled, you don't have a horrible disease and you are able to live your life to the fullest. If the worst thing going for you is that you are gay, you are doing really well.
