What came first, Hidrogen, helium, Carbon? How did they any of them evolve into something else. Can Hydrogen reproduce to create more little hydrogen. How did Oxygen come to be from Hydrogen and combine to form water. Where did the wate form adn how did those elements get there and combine. If the universe is 12 billion years old how do we have things that are 14 billion light years away. That would mean they were there 14 billion years ago and it would have taken them another 14 billion years (traveling at the speed of light to get there, which they couldn't) now we are up to 28+ billion years. Then there was the time for them to form. Evolving from hydrogen must have taken a trillion+ years. But the question is how did the first Hydrogen come to be and how did there get to be 2?

I have been taking RCIA and considering becoming Catholic. There are many, many things that I have discovered that The Church is right on the money with, but I have tried praying the rosary and felt extremely guilty for praying to Mary. I apologized to God and sensed that I had done the right thing. If I don't join that will probably be why. Whay do you think? I love so much of what I have found.

P.S. I know that I could be Catholic and not pray to Mary, but that doesn't make me feel any better.

Today was our holiday party at work. To decorate, we had tiny tealight candles on the table. (remember that, it's important). After the lunch, I'm repacking my door prize and set the tissue paper from my bag by the (seemingly) unlit candle.

WHOOSH!

THe tissue paper goes up in flames. Panicking, I grab the paper as my coworkers are throwing soda and ice on it (one is frantically looking for a fire extinguisher which, by the way, was behind me the whole time). I relize, belatedly, that the paper in my hand is also on fire and drop it.

The fire goes out quickly after one last WHOOSH and I have no burn marks on me, even though I had my hand in flames.

I like to think it was a minor miracle that I wasn't burned. What do you think?

I sincerely ask this.

Have you read scientific journals by evolutionists? By evolutionists who decades ago came up with punctuated equilibrium, because the fossil record showed something, and they needed to REWORK their theory. Punctuated equilibrium is but one example. What about Neo-Darwinism? Why did this recently arise, if it was already a LAW. Laws of the universe don't need reworking. When a theory has been confirmed, THEN it becomes a law. That's the way science works.

But they are still working on it. EVOLUTIONISTS themselves believe it to be a theory, and constantly work to improve it. I'm not challenging evolutionists here. I'm challenging those who think it's a "Law" or "Fact"

My post with just a few quotes regarding what they themselves say about it being a theory (Scroll down to the references)

How many people die due to nationalism?
If we had One Nation of Earth (O.N.E.)
would there be so much killing?

For example, before India was divided into Pakistan and India, what was the chance of Karachi going to war with Delhi? Impossible.

Now that they have divided nationally, they have already had a number of wars and are always on the brink of war over Kasmir.

500 years ago a war between Calcutta and Delhi was a conceivable reality, wheras today, after India's integration, it is a virtual impossibility.

In this way, if the world unites as One Nation of Earth (ONE) then where is the possibility of war?

Nationalism breeds competition, conflict, war and destruction. Therefore it is a disease. What are your views?

Considering that religion has been around for centuries, why do people continue to go against the word of God? It seems that people continously sin in the face of God. Why? Haven't they learned anything? Why is homosexuality so accepted now?
Has all these years of people preaching the word of God gone to waste?
