I will call them Christmas lights because that is why they are up. If Muslims or anyone else doesn't like it, then they don't have to listen to me. No group will tell me what to say.

Muslims don't celebrate divali and i've never heard of your claim and i hear non-Muslims call christmas lights and not winter lights!

You know Christmas has been around for centuries & we have said Merry Christmas & we have put up Christmas lights every year for centuries. So why now all of a sudden everything we do is wrong. No thats not true. The government brings in all this political correctness rubbish and most people don't even care.
They did a survey asking if its right to ban the nativity from schools, everyone said it shouldn't be banned (including many muslims)

I think this was made up by some Islamophobe, to put Muslims in a bad daylight. None of my Muslim friends are offended by me celebratng Christmas. They even wish me a Merry Christmas, like I wish them Happy Eid.

That is, I have to say, one of the SILLIEST things I have ever heard. I have Christmas lights because they are pretty and have fond memories of seeing beautiful displays at night when driving through the countryside.

no. what is true, however, is the only reason people are offended is because they allow themselves to be offended. case and point; racism. if the 'n' word is such a travesty to the language, then why is it used by black comedians and receives roaring laughter from the crowd? because people arent allowing themselves to be offended.
