I normally tip my landscaper over the holidays. However, this year my new landscaper does not actually do the landscaping, he has a crew that comes. I have seen the company owner only twice this year. And the crew is not the same from week to week. Who do I tip if at all???

they know what answer they want to hear (usually the one that backs up what they thought, even if it's wrong) and are going to pick whoever agrees with them even if they're wrong? it drives me insane. why did you ask the question if you didn't weren't going to listen to anyone but those who backed you up?

It is like a stick shift in the car. Second and third gear are missing. So I can only be nice or really angry. So I don't ever say anything to anyone. Example: Some one gets into my personal space. I am told that westerners have a comfort zone of four feet. I assume every one should Know the rules, right. I mean the Japanese know how to go through a very complicated bowing ritual. Anyway, no polite responses EVER come to mind (only things like "get the **** away from me you cretin) so I never say anything.

We are a one-income family on a tight buget and every year we seem to break ourselves. I don't like it, it's stressful. This year was especially hard because we chose to participate in the family event and only buy for kids, but it still added up and of course I buy for parent(s). It was so close this year, that I didn't send out Christmas cards!!! Is there something you do that helps to watch your Christmas funds without being short at the end of the month?

I mean I see so many memorial signs that say "don't steal flowers". Do people have no conscience or no soul?
And what do they do with the flowers? Take them home or put it on a friend's grave?

P.S. I couldn't as I feel this would haunt my conscience.
