Tipping the landscaper?

I normally tip my landscaper over the holidays. However, this year my new landscaper does not actually do the landscaping, he has a crew that comes. I have seen the company owner only twice this year. And the crew is not the same from week to week. Who do I tip if at all???

I tipped mine $40 today, but he's always the same person. In your case, I wouldn't bother.

If it is a service that is done through a company then the company's set-up to cover Christmas bonuses and such.

Do not tip at all, cos you do not know the individuals
