Hypothetical situation:

When jesus comes to rapture all the believers and leave the unbeliever's to death. These are still human beings, even though they are human beings who decided to follow rational scientific evidence in place of what appeared to be moronic religous rantings. While a very stylized, clever, supernatural genocide, It is one all the same. How are you christians any different than the SS officers who didn't stand up to Hitler's orders to kill jews.

If you only obey god because he is powerful, not because he is morally right...doesn't that make you a coward?

It seems to me that most Christian (at least the religious right types) support Republicans, big business and think liberals are evil. The attitude is its all gonna burn anyway so who cares. I think God put us on Earth to take care of his planet. Any Christian hippies out there?

I Am a very single lesbian and I recently joined a group in my city for lesbians. Now i have met some very interesting people, and had alot of fun. Now me and this one STUD became very Close in the group and we are always kicking it and im Always at her house and spending the night. Now we have been kicking it me and her for almost 2 months now almost every other day. And ive now began to have strong feelings for her. I dont know how to come to her with it due to the fact that she doesnt like plus size women and she loves mixed girls that are petite and i am neither, and shes let it be known. But also i dont even want to tell her because i dont want to loose a good friend, and we are real close friends. So what should i do , Im afraid of rejection and dont know if i should come to her with it or leave it alone and just be her friend? i am in desperate need of advice on what i should do.!!!

Is the price of eternal live under God's kingdom worth all the suffering that all living things have experienced during the last 6000.

I watch the news and feel sicken to my stomach. I see babys dying of hunger, see animals been misstreated, see dogs been used for dog fights in which they expirience a terrible life of suffering and darkness. I see wars, genocides, rapes, natural disasters, etc...

Many humans and animals are fortunate not to experience these things. But billions are affected and will continue to be affected by this cruel dark evil world which we have created.

days go by and God does not appear, there is no God to help us, no God that answers our prayers.

Only a few will make it to God's kingdom, but are those very few people worth all the suffering and evil torture that billion of souls have endured over the las 6000 years?

Is God's plan worth it? Was it worth creating intellegent life with free will?
