Hypothetical situation:
When jesus comes to rapture all the believers and leave the unbeliever's to death. These are still human beings, even though they are human beings who decided to follow rational scientific evidence in place of what appeared to be moronic religous rantings. While a very stylized, clever, supernatural genocide, It is one all the same. How are you christians any different than the SS officers who didn't stand up to Hitler's orders to kill jews.
If you only obey god because he is powerful, not because he is morally right...doesn't that make you a coward?

Rapture according to the Bible? I will assume your taking a anti-christiian view and attempt to answer. First, If you only believe and follow God's teachings because you fear him, that is not Christianity. Second, genocide is to put people to death w/o their consent, on that day all will have heard the name of Jesus and will have decided to follow some late century rationalized excuse for sin or simply follow Jesus..Third a Christian will not kill you nor will the God himself, your choice will be your death. I don't fear my choice and have no need to rationalize it. So why do you ask for your anwers, in no way is this a hypothetical situation, you asked a question. It is a gift man, you either accept or reject it, it is not murder, a trick, or baloney.

First of all. There will be no such thing as a Rapture. This is completely made up and if type in Google and look around there are many websites that factually dispute this.
The Rapture is completely made up by false ministers. Nuf said! Just look it up yourself.
As far as cowardice is concerned, does not G*d give you a choice whether to believe in Him or not? That is not cowardice, but being gracious and fair.
Is he not the ONLY being that created us? Gave us LIFE? Without him, we would not be aware of anything and not have this GIFT of life. So, we should worship him in appreciation, awe and gratitude. Anything less is satanic, and does not deserve this gift. Yes, GIFT!!!

"Morals are for men, not gods"
Omnipotent Beings like God have carte blanche to do whatever they want. Because basically everything in the universe is under their control, they own it all. Thus, God can do whatever He wants with His stuff.
Ever wonder how it was possible that God can lie, kill, and cheat but still be without sin? Well its because when HE does it, its not a sin but when we do it, it is a sin. That's not hypocrisy, that just omnipotence.
Hope that helps

The "Rapture", as is believed by a lot of Protestant Christians, is inaccurate theology inconsistant with true Bible teaching. It is not going to happen as is portrayed in the "Left Behind" books and movies. A true and accurate study of scripture will teach you otherwise. God Bless

Ha, this wouldn't be the first time genocide walked side-by-side with religion. The Spanish Inquisition, The Crusades, The Holocaust. All these feature religion and mass murder at one time or another.

to chose to reject Jesus is a choice. Jesus does not want any to perish but those who choose not to accept Him have made a choice to death. that is not genocide.

It is a justifiable genocide. He, who created the heavens, earth and you, is denied His right. Plus, there are people like you who want to stir up as much bad press as possible. Enjoy it while you can.
