There is a Mark who is a disciple or an apostle can't remember in the New Testament. There are no judges in the NT they are from the old test. The judges came before the kings.

John Mark is the only Mark mentioned in the New testament.
He was an Apostle, and the author of the Gospel of Mark.

No. Mark is the name of one of the Gospels. The New Testament doesn't have judges.
