2.The Sabbath is on Monday because Sundays are for football and barbecue.
3.We fully accept evolution as the most viable theory of diversity in species.
4.We do not claim to know anything of the existence (or lack of) any deity.
5.On the sabbath (mon.) instead of going to a church we each take part in activities to make the world a better place.
IE help the homeless, pick up litter, read to children

Every year retailers try to pre-empt Thanksgiving, and even Halloween now, by putting up their Xmas decorations, and sales propaganda. Well this year I have outsmarted them all. I have purchased and put up all of my 2007 christmas display this year, so that next year they will lose money when I don't buy their stuff. How smart am I? You should all do this to, and then we will really show them who is the smartest.

Oh, and this will be applicable only in the future as my son is only 1 and a half currently.

Personally, when I found out about Santa and the Easter Bunny and the Toothfairy, I wasn't disappointed. I wasn't disillusioned. My dreams weren't crushed. In fact, I felt rather enlightened and pleased to know the reality of it all.

My only worry is that he might talk to his friends about it, tell them that his mommy told him there is no Santa and that when those children tell their parents, those parents will call up angry, wondering why my kid is "ruining Christmas". Is that reason enough to just let him play along for a while?

I wonder if someone can explain an interesting social phenomenon to me. It's well known that young women are sensitive about their breasts but I wonder why should this be?

Women have had breasts for hudreds of millions of years, in common with most female mammals in the Animal Kingdom I might add .. So it's not as if there is anything unusual about this situation. Quite the opposite actually- surely they should be embarrassed if they DIDN'T have breasts.

So why is it that if, for instance I am in my local shopping mall and allow my gaze to linger on some young girl's breasts. On those tender pert ,delicate young rosebuds, just made for a man's pleasure. Or perhaps some more pendulous, dangling udders. That the young women will often seems distinctly uncomfortable with this- even though, on many occasions she may be wearing
delicately embroidered brazierre underwear, designed to thrust those tempting cups upwards and outwards in a provocative manner.
I mean, why dress like this if they don't want people looking? Can someone explain please?

When I am at home I tend to say whatever I like. But lately have been curtailing my cursing as it is a sign of below average intelligence. Lately I have been changing from the common "AWW ***" to more reasonable phrases. I say fish sticks instead of *** at work, or I will say "Poop sauce!" sometimes. Just wondering what sort of exclamation you use, or do you use any at all? Is this a regional thing?
