My brother likes put both his hands on his hips when he is talking to people. Does it look gay? Do men do that? He puts his by his knees in a crossed position when he is sitting. Does that look gay? Or is he feminine? He is straight & has a girl friend. In some of his pictures he's having one hand in his hipps. When we get together for holidays I don't want people thinking he is gay. He also had his ears pierced when he was in high school. I care about my brother that's why I am asking this question. Thank you.

I mean how did the accents develop ....when the first settlers went there surely they did not speak like the modern day americans or australians?

So if there is a linguist among you or a phonetics person then please answer this question. It is a question to which i have never gotten an answer and would love to have one.

I have used my laptop to take notes for so long, and recently when I went back to use a normal small notebook, I was horrified to see my writing was very slow and ugly.

So do you still use a notebook these days? Any tips to make it an enjoyable experience?

I'm getting really frustrated with racial in-equality. i know this may sound on cloud nineish but i want to change the world!!i want us to change the world!!And i believe the only way to teach is by example. So if we want to get a bit of peace in this caotic society of ours, we've got to show peace?i suggest we come together to walk around the streets of our cities, our towns, and our villiages, hand in hand, with our hearts filled with love(call me a hippy, but i really mean it!!). so what say you? if there are enough of us we will be heard! much love!!!

I don't really believe in that show "Crossing Over with John Edwards" but a long time ago I watched an episode and he told some people that there mother/grandmother was on the "other side" happily and she had the dog with her. And the people started freaking out crying. My dog died, I'd like to think he is in heaven.

I don't mean anything blasphemous. I'm saying to express how you truly feel rather than lie to him and yourself. I think honesty is always the best way to reslove a problem. I know I have a problem! and my problem is anger! And I have criticized the critics. I'm the first to admit that I am wrong for doing this! A bad experience in the church has imbedded something in my mind that doesn't simply "go away" I wish it where that easy! I truly believe that a man or woman can be saved on their own. But its always best to find a good loving church! All of us desire to be loved! Even the most stubborn arrogant people! My view on some has led me astray! But its so hard for me to overlook people who insult the gospel by being cruel to others! So mabe I have spent to much time trying to be God rather than be like God! I'm no judge either! I Desire the closest relatiionship possible to God! But I have to get over my temper! Its caused alot of problems!

Do you believe in dinosaurs and such like? Why dont you celebrate birthdays, christmas, easter? I know it has something to do with pagan rituals but surely celebrating the day you were born is something important? I am not a believer in God but I am very interested in your beliefs.

Surely there is a huge way between saying 'things are so intricate they must've been designed' and 'they must've been designed by this certain G-d who is omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and who has taught His word through the Bible'?

There may or may not be proof of design, I'm sure that is up to people's views on whether it is a logical belief, but even if there is, there is no proof that it has to be the Biblical G-d who designed things.
