I've heard some great ways to say how cool things are in Mexico and Spain: -¡Qué chido!-, -¡de poca madre!-, -¡Genial!-, -¡de puta madre!-.

Does anyone have some more that I could take into el mundo hispanohablante?

¡Què chido! is very popular in Mèxico.
¡Genial! also is very good.

I wouldn´t use your other two choices in front of mixed company or people you don´t know well. Better to leave those for when you're out with your "cuates," or "pals".

Others that come to mind are:
¡Què padre!
¡Què buena onda!

esta genial, que chevere, de pinga chamo, que bien, super depinga, enhorabuena and they are not bad words, so you can used them
