My husband died 8 years ago. I have been dead inside ever since. I have 2 children, 12 and 16 and a fiancee. I am waiting for the day that no one needs me so I can die. In the meantime I am looking for something that may give some larger purpose to living. I do not believe in God so please don't tell me that is the reason.

People shell out millions of dollars a year to smell like something they're not, dabbing on perfume and splashing on aftershave in the eternal quest to attract their preferred gender.
But does perfume really work? Sure, a little eau de toilette makes you smell nice, but does it make you ... sexy? Will Red or Drakkar Noir weave a scented spell that enthralls the object of your desire?

Why do we live in a society where men like to live together first or have sex before marriage, work after having kids and so on? Surely if men want us to want marriage you have to be offering us something too?

In this day and age what exactly do women gain out of marriage, especially if they are the wealthiest and have the most to lose? Ok companionship and so on, but most men I meet are more needy for attention and ego massaging than women.

A group of friends went to a very haunted place. One tried to do a fire aura and the other tried to feed from the evil and ended up trying to protect a child stuck. While they were doing this it angered the spirits and they began to physically attack me - both of their spirits did and I kept getting that the spirit could not get them it would get the one they love most. There were others there that one of them has known longer than me. I am friends with both men - one closer to than the other. One tried to date my daughter but did not over friendship to me or so he said. I don't know and do not trully know the extent of their feelings toward me - they are young and I am older. Just know the pains I felt were very real - Once they finally decided to get me out of there - the further away we got the more I felt the activity back at that location but the one remaining started feeling the pains that I was experiencing and still did. There is so much more to this I don't have room.

do you think that breast feeding a female child will turn them to like other women when they are grown. if they are forced into this type of feeling at a young age wouldnt it cause some issues.

There seems to be so much bashing back and forth, about athieism and religious people, so I'd like to know how you differ from people who believe in God?
Why do some people seem to automatically "assume" that you might be unmoral? ( I don't)
Why do you feel as you do about a supreme being?
Has "religion" turned you off? If so, in what way.?
How did creation come about, without a higher being?
I'm looking for honest athiest answers...for understanding what it is really about. Thanks!

We are doing a hawaiian christmas theme. The horse is gonna wear a straw hat and a lei and me and my friend will weat grass skirts and leis and then the stall so far we have made a snowman with a surfboard, a palm tree with coconuts painted like ordaments and also santa on his magic canoe

I think that now a days people do not stick to formalities concerning their clothes.
What i believe i should choose my outfit according to the occasion itself, the time and place and the people i shall meet. But it seems that not everyone does that.

My husband left me about 6 weeks ago and I guess he failed to mention the situation to some of his family and friends.
