I'd take some big paper or mat board and draw a nice background. Ocean, palm trees, sunset sky, etc. It would be a great backdrop to what you already have! And/Or make a banner that says "Merry Christmas" in tradional hawaiian script (bet you could find it on the internet, might need to say something like happy winter but be creative). Or I can invision a santa sleigh out of coral/shells and colorful fish instead of reindeer floating just offshore. Anyway, I would vote for a drawn backdrop with something of that nature on it. A window elsewhere to make the rest really come alive.

take a 16 penny nail , drive that threw a long enough 2x4. lean it up agianst the stall. make a sign that says if my stall doesnt win, your horse gets it.

You could make a wreath with edible things on it. Make it with hay and put sugar cubes and gingerbread cookies on it. That way if the horse has a "craving" it won't hurt its stomach!
