People came to hear Richards, not hecklers who disrupts the "worker" trying to make a living. True his words were wrong, but frustration can do a lot. What about the black comedians who belittle "whitey" such as Wanda Sikes (sp?) and others.

I moved to Texas almost 3 years ago and haven't spoken to my sisters since my mom passed away about 2 years ago. Even then, when I called, my sister was suspicious about how my voice had changed, and was trying to ask me questions, but I blew her off. Now that it's been over 2 years, my voice has REALLY changed and I'm afraid to call them. I didn't even call them yesterday for Thanksgiving. I feel sad being apart from my oldest sister though, she was always very nice and good to me. I want to come out to her, and I've thought about explaining it all in a Christmas card and mailing it it her. Is this a good idea?

Watching the news today I hear people who are out shopping complaining about parking problems in the malls. Gee If I can walk to the bus stop, walk 2 blocks from the busstop to the mall and back carrying heavy bags (not necessarily today because I have to work, but when I do go shoppping) and I survive why can't people walk a short distance to their cars? Even the furthest away parked car is closer than my walk to the busstop. Why is everyone such weeklings? What are you going to do when we run out of oil and your cars won't run anymore? It IS going to happen in the future. You should be greatful you have a car to park.

If god was real, why would there be two main branches of christianity (catholic and protestantism). even if one of them is technically more "correct," then how could god allow that almost half of the adherents to the faith (in the whole world) were following an incorrect version of christianity.

Okay, of course it's that time of year again, where we buy presents for our friends and family and sometimes we have no idea what to give. So here is my question, I just made friends with this guy in my school. He's 17 yrs old and I have no idea what to get him, obviously. I don't really know what his interests are, so does anybody have a good idea of a good basic present for him? That he would like? He likes computers and sci-fi stuff but that doesn't lead me to anything of what he would like. Plzzzzzz help!!!!
