I made scarves one year as well. I made each persons in their favorite colors or favorite team colors. I have made blankets and hats too.
Pick a holiday cookie, cake or drink recipe and make each of them a batch of it.
Write them each a poem describing what they mean to you.
You can also get unfinished wood projects and paint them in each persons favorite colors.
You can even use things from around the house to make homemade ornaments. I have used old CDs, spoons, and unique packaging from things we bought. Just add paint, felt, beads, almost anything... you can find lots of things to use for crafts at dollar or discount stores or check the sales at crafts stores.
They will appreciate your homemade gift more than anything because it is your effort and love being put into it. It will be something they will treasure for years. Merry Christmas!

One Christmas when I was really broke I crocheted scarves for everyone. Another year I made up gift certificates for back rubs, a homemade dinner, a batch of homemade biscuits, an at home "spa day", cookies, hugs, kisses, or an hour spent reading aloud or playing a favorite game.

Give your family the gift of time. I ask for it every year but, my family thinks I am just kidding. Giving of yourself is the best gift of all. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I would like to see you give them a simple Christmas card emphasizing the 'Spirit of Giving' and to each give the present of yourself - 24 hours of your day to whatever need they may require in the spirit of love. Including cooking, going to the store, taking them to wherever they need to go, cleaning up, organizing their phone directory, etc.
