A marine in Iraqu threw himself on a grenade. When it exploded he was killed. The grenade was thrown into a group of soldiers and had he not covered it many would have been killed and injured. Question. Should his family (as far as that goes,everyone) be proud of him? Or, should they feel he did a dumb thing, made a big mistake that cost him his life? Will he go to heaven (he prevented others from being killed) or will he go to hell because in doing this he killed himself? Question 2. I guy I sort of know went on a kind of lecture tour. I guess he didn't come off too well because a bunch of people got mad (big time) at him. I guess they told him to get out, quit lecturing or something like that. He didn't listen. They caught up to him and he was eventually thrown in jail-.but he didn't learn his lesson. When he got out of jail he went right back to lecturing. Did he do the right thing for sticking up for himself? Or- Should he have just figured it was a bad idea and quit?

Fellow muslims, I just wanted to know what do you think is a muslims ultimate goal in this life and what is the mission that our beloved prophet has given us? What path should be taken to fullfill our commitment of completing the mission?

Just wanted to know how much aware are my fellow muslims really are? Moreover just ignore the people who are going to make nasty remarks just ignore them as there were such durring the prophets time and there are such today as well.

I am 3/4 Asian, and all of my boyfriends--including my current one--have been Caucasian. This is probably because I was raised in a primarily Caucasian area in the West (not California.)

Two years ago I moved to California to attend university. My university has a high percentage of Asians, which is new to me. I've learned that many Asian guys perceive Asian women who date outside their race as "ugly" etc, and that only the "ugly" ones date outside their race. Additionally, they spout that the Caucasian guys they do date are "nerdy" and geeky, and Asian women are merely submissive.

It's a bit annoying as none of the above is true in my case. My very long term ex was from the Netherlands, and was a complete stoner who had never dated Asian girls prior to me. I have also been asked to model, etc. so I don't think I'm that hideous in that I'm forced to date outside my race.

I guess I'm posting this because I'm a bit peeved after speaking with an Asian guy at university...

why was there a need to create jesus, then let him predict his death, and then he dies....

when i was a small child(I do not remember my age) i used to sleep with my father always holding his hands. one day my father slept of and i was awake.i could see one object outside the window. it looked like the gennie and had a colour of yellow and red. i tried to wake up my father but he did not wake up. it said something to me. but i am not able to recollect it. it is 30 years now, but still i am not able to say what happened then. the incident is so fresh that even now it is a question in my mind. though i will not able to give a clear picture of it i hope i had put the facts in front of the group

I've been working in the restaurant industry going on ten years now. I've always been told I'm an excellent server, maybe I'm not, according to some people. Now, when I say "most" don't look over that word. Some people call it stereotyping.. I say "go ahead, prove me wrong." In fact, some places that I work, the servers and I (yes, Afrifcan American servers too) argue about who's going to have to take the table with black people or other minorities. Is this stereotyping? To a point yes. But when I've been proven right time after time with $70 tabs and 3$ tips (If that) I think it becomes something more than that. It becomes reality. It really is almost comical. Now, keep in mind, I have a few African American regulars that tip excellent. (20-25) percent. And I also have some white trash that tip horrible too....but I will say in all honesty, that for some reason, black people and minorities in general tip horrible.

Whenever I am at the pool or at the beach and I am getting out the water, the swimtrunks tend to hug my package. I am not trying to brag, but seriously, I am very well endowed and I always notice women staring. Do you stare in this situation? Do you think it's inappropiate? I used to try to hide, It's easier to just keep on walking ignoring the stares. What's is a woman's perspective on this?
