jesus was dragged to death on a cross, if he REALLY LOVED YOU and wanted to SACRIFICE his life for you to wash away your sins, he would have demanded his death by his choice... he SHOULDNT have waited until they dragged him to the Cross...
Why did he wait? he didnt wanna die

from the way jesus died, it shows no such intentions that he REALLY wanted to die and sacrifice his soul...

What exactly is being asked here?
Jesus submitted to His mission on Earth. He could have called down angels to protect Him, and He chose not to.
And actually, He did avoid it for a time. When He began his mission, there were several close calls and He escaped them. Certain things had to happen before He could be sacrificed.

Yes he did, you should really read the first four books of the New Testament. He wasn't even dragged, another man stepped in and carried his cross. At the age of 12 he was already amazing the priests in the temple, so by thirty three he was bored, asked God how he could come back, and because he had convinced so few to actually love others, he had to lose his flesh publically. That he did, made him aces in the eyes of God, who gave Jesus all the power, which he then used to go to hell and free those who didn't blame God for their position. I believe the number of those was 8. imagine that. Jesus still has the power on which we should believe, not that his death means anything.

You really need to read Christ's prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane to properly understand His "choice" was for the Love of Humankind, the Love of His Father, and that the Will of His Father shall be done, of which Yeshua (Jesus) willfully gave up His Life. The ultimate act of Love is SACRIFICE.

Read the Bible, it was by His choice. He predicted it all along, especially near the end.
He went wilfully. A disciple attacked one of the people who arrested him, and Jesus healed him as his last earthly miracle.
He said many times, "it is not the time yet to give glory to the father"
ANd before he gets arrested he says " the time has come to give glory to the father"
He also said in one word he could call 10 legions of angels and it would stop. (legion is 1,000, so this is 10,000 angels waiting for him to say "stop" and it would have stopped)
Where are you confused??
If you don't believe the Bible, thats another story. If you do, I reccomend reading gospel of john....or get the movie.
Thanks, hope I helped
David
EDIT: no it wasnt EASY, remember he came as man, he had to suffer. Wasnt a terribly pleasing thought, but he still went wilfully.
Bless you

Jesus was not dragged- he walked. He really loves you and chose to sacrifice himself for you to wash your sins as his own choice.
Of course if another way was possible he would prefer that , but as was written in the garden "if this cup of trembling must be then so be it."He waited only as long as his father wished him to wait.

There wa sonly one way to do it and it was His way. He knew what had to be done to be the bridge between God and man. To Suffer for the sins of man is gain. He could have sent the angels to do all the work and then be all good. That would have not fulfilled the will of God...taht He was sent to do. He had a plan that God wanted Him to do for mankind. After all, He was the Savior of the world/still is today and the Son of God...

The time that Jesus was crucified was exactly as it was prophesied in the Old Testament. Jesus fulfilled over 500 Old Testament prophesies; too many for it all to be contrived or coincidence. True, Jesus did not want to suffer; and He could have saved himself. Satan wanted Him to save Himself; but Jesus allowed his death sentence to be carried out. He did it because he loved us.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Jesus wasn't dragged. he walked on his own two feet and carried the cross on his back. it wasnt until he reached the top of the hill that he decided he wanted to die for the world's sins. and ya shouldnt be so quick to judge.... without jesus there would be no way for you to go to heaven. read up on it at this site

Actually, I believe Jesus did die by his own choice, although he may have preferred not to. If I recall my Bible reading correctly, prior to being taken by the Romans he questioned and anguished over his fate in the Garden of Gethsemane before he was betrayed by Judas Iscariot during the hours of the Passion. He accepted the fate of his death and the way it occurred in obedience to his Father's wishes. As he is often referred to as the "Son of Man", it doesn't mean that he didn't struggle as all humans do and was reticent in the suffering. He was still alive after dragging the cross and died after hanging on it. He actually could have chosen to flee, to not be in the Garden of Gethsemane and to run during his trial by Pontius Pilate. But He stayed and allowed events to occur not as He deemed, but as they needed to be fulfilled according to the Prophets and the will of his Father. He CHOSE to die through the mere fact of his obedience and humility.
Merry Christmas! :)
