God is the Religion

Religion is nothing but an instruction manual and was revised according to the needs of the human.

Like the example of radio. You built one and then you also add an instruction manual along with it for the operator to operate. In this manual you tell the operator what to do and what not to do. So that the appliance runs smoothly. Later you add another component based on the users awareness that is now a neccesity then you add a revision on the manual and you attach with the new peices so forth and so on. Now the model is so full that no more updations can be done so you send a final version of the manual and that is it.

Similarly is the case with the humans what we were given is an instruction manual on how to run ourselves and with time the instruction manual was revised. Now the last and final revision was given to Prophet Muhammad in the name of the glorious Qur'an.

Hope you understand. Moreover, with this statement you are comparing God with Humans... God is complete in himself and humans are not so the above example was given to make you understand the difference between the creator and the created. The created required the manual and not the creator.

Well, I look at Jesus and the people that he smited were the religious people of the day, the Pharisees.

I dont think "religion" per se is a good thing. Some need the structure. I like a support group, and practicing the principles.

I'm not sure we do need "religion" is my answer...I still call myself a Christian, as the values are awesome. But we need people practicing them, not living in a shelter with each other and attending church alot.

Just my 2 cents

GREAT QUESTION!

Bless u

without religion we'd be lost. LIke school our goal is to become some major something. But we can't do that without the guidance of school. Religion merelyshows us the path. Note: it is not religion that saves you from hell! It is your relationship with God. No man made structure can protect you from hell only God.

We are not God. Religion is our relationship with Him.

I think all religions stem to one thing God and religion is man-made anyway and I think it's what leads up to God that allows for all these different beliefs.

God is not about religion. He hates religion. It is about the relationship with HIs son Jesus Christ. Religion brings a bunch of rules and regulations that sets a divider between you and Him. That is teh one thing He does not want.

God is God, He makes the centre of our religion, and the whole world should do that, but ignorance is keeping us from doing it.

I think religion is something mankind created in order to worship God. Like everything else, the concept was good, but it doesn't take us long to ruin it by using it to our own advantage.
