I'm curious what is the "normal" way to say thank you is after an interview? The interview, both 1st and 2nd, went very well and I figured a thank you would be in order. Is it formal or professional to send a hand written thank you card OR a typed/printed letter to the hiring manager? I think the thank you card seems a bit too informal for a professional environment but others think that a hand written thank you card is acceptable. Was I wrong in printing up a personalized thank you letter instead of a thank you card?

Help with a bible verse?

Hey! Does anyone know where there is a verse in the bible that mentions "The seasons running together"? I have no clue to where that verse would be, and my Sunday School teacher challenged me to find it by Sunday. Any help appreciated!

to born-again christians: do you honestly believe that God is limited only with the Bible?

you keep on saying that God is alive today, but why do you limit God with just the Bible without considering the thought that He may still be speaking through people? can you please answer? i am really curious.

what good does it really do......?

...to call other people's religion(or lack thereof) stupid/evil?What good does it do to say things like
''You *insert religion* people are so ******* mean.Who are you to tell me what to do?You are so freaking stupid I can't stand you!Have you ever heard of a little something called TOLERANCE?**** you and your religion.Why can you just see the truth its,like,right there but you are too idiotic to see it!God,you people are so close-minded and shtupid!!11!"

My hairdresser (who used to work in my office) and her Mom (who also used to work in my office...?

are trying to get themselves invited to our company Christmas party. Since I am the one planning the Christmas party, my hairdresser asked me about getting invited. When I booked my hair appointment for that day, she even had me book way early in the day so she can run home to get ready for the party herself! I in no way offered an invitation or even said she could come. It is not even my decision. Neither of them are even employees anymore. I spoke to my boss about it (and felt stupid for even mentioning it, but her mom was an employee recently, but left to take care of her dying husband). My boss mentioned it to me today and we/she decided it was best not to invite them and to just leave it at that, but what do I say when I go to get my hair done. I've considered just cancelling my appointment altogether and just go somewhere else. How should I handle this?

I am a devout Christian...however, I feel like I'm dishonoring my late Mormon grandpa by not being a good Morm

on. What do I do? The guy had a big heart...should i return to the chruch for him? He truely wanted his family to be loyal to his church so that he might see them a gain. :((

If John the Baptist was not sure about the divinity of Jesus, how can anyone else be?

Matthew 11:3 - And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?

John the Baptist is still not sure about Jesus. (He's in prison and is soon to die.) He sends his disciples to ask, "Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?" Well, if he isn't sure after seeing and hearing the events at Jesus' baptism, then how can anyone else be?
