Yes, the GOD of the parents of the child, has blessed them. I knew this when our son was born.
Of course you have to have marital relations - And it's very fun to practice, before getting serious and having children!
I have no idea if children out of wedlock, or rape are blessings or not. I have no experience, to ascertain an answer to this.
I would think all children that are WANTED are blessings.

They are a gift from God and it gives us a chance to see what it's like to create life in a way to speak.Although it all comes from Him,But we can see how it feels to have your creation rebel against you and so forth.Take care and May God Bless You.

Mine showed up in spite of an IUD (copper 7). And I am pro-choice. She'll be 28 this month. I chose to keep her.
