It's the sound of water over ancient river pebbles. It's the wind rushing through the willow tree, it's the tinkly sound of a child laughing. It's the boom of thunder and the crackle of lightning, and it's capable of creating an entire universe with one word.
It's the most familiar sound you've ever heard, and it terrifies yet comforts you because it is the sound of your Holy Father speaking His words to just you.

If God does have a voice I would imagine it as being deep and powerful. I personally think that you don't hear God talking with a voice but talking through our thoughts; almost like having a conversation with a friend by mind reading.

A sigh of wind through the trees
a crashing wave on a rocky coast
The cry of a gull near the shore
the silence of a new snow in a wood
Laughter
The wailing of a deep sorrow
Roaring wind on a mountainside

all that I hear is a reminder of Gods voice..it is everywhere.

I really don't think of it as a voice per say. For me it has come as a thought, so clear and definite that it can't be ignored. It will persist until you until you clearly understand that it from God. It then moves you to do what ever God has asked you to do. Opening doors for you to help make it happen.
