With the rapid advances in technology the likelihood of humans living forever seems to draw closer to reality. How could religion play its part in our after death if we don’t die? You can not deny this fact and I doubt “god” would punish us for achieving immortality when he allowed Hitler, Mao, Stalin and many more to commit mass murders.

How would religion survive this future event?

I just want to see what you guys have to say.....
You know being gay is a sin...so why do people fight for gay rights??
You know adultery is a sin....so why is it so common ??
You know you should remain a virgin till you get married.....why don't alot of people follow that?
I'm just really curious ......why do the majority act against the rules of Christianity??

Something unbelievably funny has happened. I used to date this girl in highschool, but she dumped me when we went to college saying we should explore new things in life. Well, it's been ten years and I found out that she had to drop out of college to care for her sick sister, she also got hurt and had to live off disability for awile. Then she couldn't keep a job due to a drinking problem, and then she had a child with a man who left her as soon as she got pregnant. I found out she has resorted to working as a prostitute to pay for her child. I can't stop laughing! I then hired her and made fun of her the whole time I had sex with her, to the point she was crying hysterically. I kept telling her how worthless she is! Am I a great man for doing this? I think so, what do you think?

The Egyptians used to workship cats and bury their dead in Pyramids... this turned out to be the wrong path and a false religion.

Will christianity and islam die out in a similar way? and in how many years time?

(Please dont answer with "it will never die out" as every religion before xtianity and islam has died out so far... its all a matter of time. )

If we take into account the past 3000 years which are microscopic as compared to the age of our planet, we can easily identify an exponential increase in collective human intelligence and technology, especially during the past few centuries. At the same time, we can observe a pronounced decrease of morals, faith, spirituality, reason, trust and happiness: people seek money and lust while only a few believe in love...people that we call leaders of this world act unreasonably...the common man feels helpless in a system where you either fit in the clockwork of corruption or are ruled out. As a human being more than anything else, I ask myself: where are we headed? Will our moral degeneration come to a point where it will be our own undoing? and more importantly...is there any way we can change this course?

they just joke around and say stuff like "Whats up n-i-g-g-a?" or they will say stuff like "i love you like a n-i-g-g-e-r loves chicken"and stuff like that. I'm black and I dont take offense when white people say n-i-g-g-a or make jokes like that. But one of my black friends heard one of my white friends call me a n-i-g-g-a and she got soo mad and she was like "Katie why do you let them talk to you like that?" I was like I dont care, its just a word. Like i know they are joking around with me now she won't talk to me and calls my white friends racist. Am I wrong, i really don't see anything wromg with them saying n-i-g-g-a
