Hi kj7gs. God tells us in the Bible that we can't just decide to accept Christ. No amount of Alter Calls or water Baptisms or how much you tithe or go to church or any amount of good works will lead us to Salvation. There is nothing we can do, it is Him who draws us to him, the Lord tells us this in First John 6:43:

"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day."

And the Salvation plan that Christ brought is not a Gospel of works. It is totally by His grace that we are saved. God tells us in Ephesians 2:8-9:

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast."

Christ warns us about good works in
Matthew 7:21-23:

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

If you are having doubts try praying the sinners prayer "Lord have mercy on me, for I am a sinner."

Mt 7:21, Mt 24:13, Rom 11:22, Phil 2:12, 1 Cor 9:27, 1 Cor 10:11-12, Gal 5:4, 2 Tim 2:11-13, Heb 6:4-6, Heb 10:26-27

Finally
Mt 10:22, Mk 8:35

It is not say it and it happens, Jesus wants actions and words.

Wow wrong idea there God owes man nothing he feely laid down his life for you...he does not owe you a thing but freely gives salvation to those who accept it. We owe God we were purchased with a price but his salvation is free to all who would accept the atonement of Christ for their sins.God's salvation can not be taken it can't even be earned he freely gives it to all who accept it.

Christ already paid everything He had, His life. When you accept Him as your Lord & Savior, he gives you salvation & a place in Heaven with Him! You owe Him your life to do as much as you can to spread His word to others so they may have eternal life & salvation!

God doesn't owe anybody anything. He has given us the gift of salvation in Christ, and it's up to us to accept the gift.

God promises us salvation / eternal life with Him when we accept His son Jesus as our savior. That is a promise God has made with us. It is considered a covenant God makes with those who obey Him and accept His son Jesus.

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

God is greater than we are. He makes the rules. I just obey them. Praise the Lord!!

No because Islam is the true path. Christ is really a prophet of God , not the son of God. Really, look into Islam, no matter howw bad the media puts Islam to be. Even the greeting Salaam alaikum means be peace with you. Its a very peaceful religion with many scientific facts to prove it. Jesus even met Muhammad peace be upon them when Muhammad did the night journey . Please buy a Quran and Study it. Also go to an Islamic website. Islam is the truth and only the truth. Jazakumala kheiran. isaa didnt die for your sins, he didnt die at all, it only appeared this way, but the believers never died. And Jesus is not God because God doesnt need to eat or sleep, or use the rest room, and he is not son of God because God doesnt need a son, and its not logical, but he was a very top well respected prophet of God, along with the other prophets, MUhammad , and Ibrahim, and Noah, and theres many more. you take care and study Islam please. Bless all of you. Salaam alaikum.

How can an infinite God owe to His own infinity? Human thoughts are not God's thoughts.
