For me definite turn-offs are the annoyances that interfere with communication such as:
Compulsive talking
Talking with a mouthful of food
Flailing arms with hand gestures while talking. Especially while holding an object.
Chronic sneezing or coughing while speaking.
Changing the conversation in mid-sentence with an off-topic

A turn off is when a beautiful woman does not know how to dress right, or what is a worse turn off is when a beautiful woman who is so insecure does not know she's a beautiful woman....this always freaks me out.
