Why did some of you assume I was Christian? How long have you been in the R+S section? Did that play a role in your assumption?

It doesnt make sense to me , personaly i dont believe in eternal torment, thats why I dont go to church any more because they all
preach it to some extent. Even the worst sinner in the world would
not deserve that kind of punishment in my opinion. I am a universalist
christian.

My Research, There are no passages in the Bible which state that Christ made His church the infallible interpreter of His Word.

But Catechism says, "How can you get the true meaning of the Bible? You can get it only from God's official interpreter of the Church."

What?!

The Bible says, "For we write nothing to you that you do not read and understand." 2 Cor. 1:13

We are commanded and exhorted: grow in knowledge (2 Pet. 3:18), study (2 Tim. 2:15), exercise senses (Heb. 5:14), search (Acts 17:11), receive (James 1:21), read (Eph. 3:3-4), desire it (2 Pet. 2:2), let it unfold (Psalm 119:130), meditate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2) hear it read (Rev. 1:3), have it preached (2 Tim. 4:2-4; 1 Pet. 4:11), test what is said (1 John 4:1; Matt. 7:15-16), prove all things (1 Thess. 5:21).

The inspired writers taught that we most certainly can understand the Scriptures.

Is this something that only happens in the R+S section? Is it because people who have been here a long time are somewhat programmed to look for a question that says something like "Why are atheists so stupid?" instead of someone who asks "I would like to know something about why atheists believe what they do?"

My female cousin recently toured Europe....I'm not trying to be perverted because she is my cousin but she is a very good looking young girl. What I'm getting at is the fact that everybody always seems to try to help her and are so very nice. She went to several different places and one place (Italy) that is known for pick pockets and she didn't have any trouble. She sort of just breezes through things. Is this because she is good looking?

How can you be a Jew if you reject Moses? Moses stated thus saith the Lord "The life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it upont the altar to make atonement for your souls." Leviticus 17vs11

The high priest had to bring the blood sacrifice on Yom Kippur and Passover for all our people-until it was fulfilled in Yeshua Jesus-once and for all.

Jeremiah predicted it 31vs31 and following "I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, not like the one I made with Moses, and you shall be my people and I will be your God."

that is personal-and true too-

If you reject Moses and Jeremiah -you can be whatever you desire to call yourself-but your no Jew-Rejection of the Jewish scriptures means your something apart from those Scriptures-

pray for my Jewish people to believe the truth and become true Jews and accept our Jewish Messiah Yeshua/Jesus

find german people frightening. this isn't a racist question, i enjoying listening to, and watching rammstein, but i've noticed there is just something really dark, and sinister with how they look, even in interviews, like when they arent playing the characters in the music videos

I live in southern California close to the border, in recent years the Mexican population has been growing in my city and is now 50% of the population.

Our local police were called by a wife to her home. She said her husband (a Mexican) was threatening her and her child with a knife. The man continued to threaten the cops and his family and they shot him 4 times. The man died and now his family is saying he was a “nice guy” and the cops were racists. He was recently released from jail, was drunk at the time and had prior assault/domestic abuse convictions.

The Mexican community is backing the family too. They always say its racist when a Mexican suspect is shot. But, in my area they ARE the ones committing majority of the crimes, threatening and attacking the cops. Hence they are shot more.

What is going on in our communities? Why are we saying cops are racists when they are trying to protect a mother and child? They are doing their job!

I am a high school senior and every year it is customary to wear your hallowen costume to school on halloween. I found a good costume idea and usually when i find any good idea i like to stick with it. I wanted to wear a costume that looks like George W. Bush is piggybacking what is intended to be a middle eastern terrorist. I only mean for this to be funny and ironic. I do not mean to make any deep statement and only wear it as a good halloween costume. Should i wear it on halloween day to school or is there a chance i will get suspended? If i am it will only be for a day becuase I have had an over the edge costume in the past and besides the punishment of the suspension; schools can only report suspensions to colleges if you have 10+ which i certainly do not have. So is it worth it?

After all, they are people, and I heard that God loves everyone. If thats true, why would God be such an idiot and love crazy people that saw eachother's heads off?
